Destination Thailand Visa Sparks Interest, Faces Future Hurdles
Thai embassies worldwide are issuing DTVs, but the requirements vary widely.
For now, little is expected to change. If immigration officers start asking for more paperwork at airports and border posts, it could lead to daily delays.
Meanwhile, the government is working to merge immigration databases, a process expected to take most of next year. A review of the non-immigrant visa categories is also underway, which could affect the DTV.
"There is no doubt DTV will be reformed, and likely restricted, in the light of experience. But perhaps not in 2025," writes Barry Kenyon for Pattaya Mail.

A link to Immigration's online system for 90 day address reporting.
The new system is available under the Online Services section (https://www.immigration.go.th/en/#serviceonline) of the Immigration Bureau’s website, and by selecting TM47, which is the official name of the form used for 90 day reporting. We have a member site posting on fulfilling the necessary steps to get it accepted titled, Using the 2022 Immigration 90 Day Reporting Website

I initiated a Wise transfer back on Oct 4 and I was still presented with the Funds for Long Term Stay in Thailand choice.
As for the DTV it seems that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been on a PR blitz about it while Immigration as remained absolutely silent. The concern should be that the MFA announces this stuff BUT it is Immigration that enforces it and thus control how it really ends up working regardless what the MFA initially says........caveat emptor.
