A link to Immigration's online system for 90 day address reporting.
The new system is available under the Online Services section (https://www.immigration.go.th/en/#serviceonline) of the Immigration Bureauโs website, and by selecting TM47, which is the official name of the form used for 90 day reporting. We have a member site posting on fulfilling the necessary steps to get it accepted titled, Using the 2022 Immigration 90 Day Reporting Website

Yes, this is a September posting. ๐ The info at the tax info link mentions using a Schwab domestic US acct. If you do then NEVER, EVER let it slip that you reside outside the US.
I was a Schwab customer before retiring to Thailand. I somehow let my move to Thailand slip and they essentially forced me to convert to a Schwab International customer.
